Bank BJB Bandar Lampung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Shafitranata<\/strong><br \/>\nProgram Studi Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Al-Madani, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Abstrak<\/strong> : <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran (Produk, Harga, Promosi, Tempat, Karyawan, Proses, dan Bukti Fisik) terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Kredit Mikro Bank BJB Cabang Bandar Lampung dan pengaruh Kepuasan Nasabah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit mikro Bank BJB Cabang Bandar Lampung selama bulan Maret 2012 sampai Maret 2015, dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">Purposive Sampling <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">yang berjumlah 100 responden. Analisis statistik menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan dengan terlebih dahulu menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji parsial, dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Bauran Pemasaran (Produk, Karyawan, Proses, dan Bukti Fisik) pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, dimana variabel bauran pemasaran yang memiliki pengaruh dominan adalah proses dan diikuti oleh produk.
